Estimates
On-site estimates are free and carry no obligation. Written prices are based on what we can see and measure during the visit and stay valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise in writing. [VERIFY BEFORE PUBLISHING]
Deposits and payment
We take 50% at the point you approve the work, which reserves your start date and pays for materials. The remaining 50% is due at completion, after your final walkthrough.
Scheduling
Start dates are confirmed once the deposit is received. Weather, material lead times and hidden conditions found once walls are opened can move a schedule; we tell you as soon as we know.
Changes to the work
Anything added to the agreed scope is priced and confirmed with you before we carry it out, so there are no surprise charges mid-project.
Warranty
Our workmanship is covered for two years from completion. Materials are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Full details are on our warranty page and in your project paperwork.
