Every project we complete in Plainfield and the surrounding area is backed for two full years.
Two years of coverage on our workmanship
If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it.
The warranty starts the day your project is completed and your final walkthrough is signed off. It covers our labour and installation — materials remain under their own manufacturer warranties.
What's covered
- Paint finishes we applied — peeling, blistering or flaking caused by our prep or application
- Drywall we hung, taped or repaired — cracked seams, nail pops and failing joints
- Tile, waterproofing and fixture installation in bathrooms and kitchens we built
- Framing, trim and finish carpentry completed by our crew
- Plumbing and electrical rough-in and finish work we performed
What's not covered
- Normal wear, scuffs, impact damage and settlement cracks outside our workmanship
- Failures caused by water intrusion, foundation movement or issues we flagged before starting
- Work altered or repaired by someone else after we finished
- Manufacturer defects in materials, which are covered by the product manufacturer's own warranty
How to report a problem
One phone call is enough — there is no form to chase.

We come and look
We schedule a visit to inspect the work in person, usually within a few days, and tell you honestly what caused it.
- Step 03
We put it right
If it falls under our workmanship warranty, we repair it at no charge and confirm you're happy before we leave.
